Welcome to Nomad Springs — a coworking and coliving space designed for digital nomads, freelancers, and creatives seeking the perfect balance between productivity and well-being.

We're located in Fiuggi Terme, a historic Italian spa town just 45 minutes from Rome, famous for its healing waters — the same waters that Michelangelo drank over 500 years ago.
Our space is set in a charming vintage apartment, completely transformed into a warm, shared working and living environment: five spacious and light-filled rooms, each with its own character, perfect for working, thinking, creating... and staying overnight.

Here you'll find the essentials: fast Wi-Fi, comfortable desks, quiet workspaces, a shared kitchen, and a garden with fruit trees where you can take breaks and recharge.
No unnecessary luxury — just what you truly need to live and work well.

    🚗 How to Get to Fiuggi from Rome

    Reaching Fiuggi from Rome is simple and scenic — just about 45 to 60 minutes away, depending on your choice of transport.

    🚙 By Car (Recommended)

    • Take the A1 Autostrada southbound (towards Naples)

    • Exit at Anagni/Fiuggi

    • Follow signs to Fiuggi (approx. 20 minutes from the exit)

    • Total travel time: 1 hour

    ✅ Easy drive with beautiful views along the way. Free parking available near our space.

    🚌 By Bus (Direct from Rome)

    • Cotral buses leave regularly from Rome Termini station (Piazza dei Cinquecento) or Rome Anagnina metro station

    • Destination: Fiuggi Fonte or Fiuggi Città

    • Travel time: 1.5 to 2 hours

    • Tickets cost: about €4–€6

    🎫 Tickets can be purchased online at www.cotralspa.it or at the station.

    🚆 By Train + Bus Combo

    • Take a train from Rome Termini to Anagni-Fiuggi station (approx. 1 hour)

    • Then a short Cotral bus or taxi ride to Fiuggi (about 30 minutes)
